Service and educational limits
ElmEngage provides institution-scoped classroom attendance, participation, live audience activities, formative assignments, human marking, controlled result disclosure and practical reports. Attendance, participation and achievement are distinct. This is not a formal examination service or an official final-grade certification. Released results reflect explicit snapshots; unreleased changes and pending manual review are not final results.
Accounts and institutions
Use only authorized accounts and assigned institutional access. Authentication alone grants no academic privilege. Institutions and authorized staff are responsible for appropriate enrollment, content, policies, disclosure choices and lawful instructions. Keep credentials and authenticator codes private. Do not share accounts, bypass access controls or use another person’s identity. Public contact does not create an account.
Acceptable use and content rights
Submit only material you are authorized to use. Retain your rights in your content; provide the permissions necessary for the service to store, process and display it according to your authorized instructions. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing or malicious material, attack the service, expose private records, or attempt to access other institutions. During development use synthetic teaching text and identities only.
AI is advisory; people decide
Authorized staff may explicitly request bounded AI authoring or marking suggestions through the configured external AI service. Do not send identity documents, secrets or real learner data. Suggestions can be incorrect or unsafe; a person must review them. Accepting a marking suggestion only fills editable fields. Saving a mark, publishing content and releasing results are separate guarded human actions. No autonomous grading, identity or plagiarism judgment is provided.
Availability, suspension and ending access
Availability and capacity are not guaranteed. Maintenance, outages and security restrictions may interrupt service. Access may be restricted or ended for security, authorization loss or misuse. Ending access does not automatically erase immutable assessment, enrollment, release or audit history. Contact Us can receive a review request; staffing and response arrangements are launch-review requirements. No payment, subscription or refund offering is stated here.
Saudi law and mandatory rights
Saudi Arabian law is the intended applicable law, subject to launch legal review of the actual contracting entity and service model. Nothing in this draft removes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights or prescribes a court contrary to mandatory law. Questions and privacy/data requests use Contact Us. Registered identity, required disclosures and legal applicability must be confirmed before real-user activation.
